President's Message

Greetings,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Columbia College Annual Commencement website.  This website has been posted so that graduates and certificate recipients may access the information needed to petition for graduation and/or certificate completion and participate in the commencement ceremony.

The Commencement Ceremony at Columbia College is very special and reaches a personal level that few such ceremonies approach. The event is truly inspiring and affords us the opportunity to celebrate your accomplishments.  The ceremony itself moves along at an enjoyable pace. Attendees hear commencement addresses from exceptional student speakers, as well as brief personal statements from each graduate and certificate recipient.

The importance of this student-focused event is made evident by the amazing level of participation from the dedicated instructors, staff, and administration at Columbia College. We always approach 100% attendance of our entire full-time faculty with staff working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth event for you and your guests.  We are all so very proud of your accomplishments.  The evening is about you—to celebrate your success!
