Materials related to public speaking, rhetoric and debate have call numbers PN4061 through PN4197. Items related to American speeches have call numbers PS662 and international speeches PN6122.

Opposing Viewpoints, At Issue, Taking Sides, Reference Shelf and Short Introductions are different series of books that might be useful for preparing speeches. You can search by topic and series in the Library Catalog. Ask for assistance if needed.
